If you are considering various options for your extension or redevelopment of your property, Architectonic studio can provide sketch proposals to enable you to visualise the options in terms of scale, usability and flow. This service is charged on a hourly basis with an estimate of time provided prior to engagement.

Once the size, shape and design of your proposed extension has been established, Architectonic studio will undertake a complete survey of your property and develop a planning drawing including all the necessary floor plans, elevation, site plans etc A sign off meeting will then be arranged to ensure that the proposals have been correctly interpreted and the drawing is then ready for submission to the Local Authority.
This service will be charged based on the complexity of the proposal with typical fees as follows:-

Following the successful approval of your planning application, Architectonic studio can provide detailed building Regulation Drawings incorporating sections, construction information and specification notes for submission to the Local Authority Building Control Department. The building regulation drawings provide a useful tool for obtaining quotations from building contractors.
This service will be charged based on the complexity of the proposal with typical fees as follows:-

If greater detail than provided on the Building Regulation Drawings is required, Architectonic studio can provide a complete set of construction drawings with additional setting out, specifications, schedules and services layouts. This service will be charged based on the complexity of the scheme proposal and would be confirmed following the initial site appraisal.

Architectonic studio offer the complete design and build package from inception to completion. All works will be project managed by Architectonic studio utilising one of our partnering contractors. A fully detailed quotation for the complete package will be provided on request.
